Kings School’s Activity day was a blast!
Kings School kicked off its ‘Kings Fiesta’ with a vibrant inaugural ceremony. The event featured with a motivational speech by the Principal Mrs. Pupsy Persis, highlighting the importance of extracurricular activities. The event was a vibrant celebration of creativity and teamwork and started with ‘Salangai Pooja’. The esteemed correspondent Mr.Navamani delivered a speech and encouraged the participants. This was followed by a performance of Classical dance and Vocal Carnatic music. A lucky draw was arranged for the Parents who witnessed the occasion and the winner was honoured by our Chairman, Uncle Colin.
Various activities such as Chess, Yoga, Roller Skating, Archery, Swimming, Art and Craft, Fashion Designing and Kung-Fu were performed by the concerned activity students in the allotted area.
The event was concluded back in the A.K. Hall, where students played various instruments such as keyboard, drums, guitar and violin. This was followed by the Western Dance performance with a high-energy blast. Students showcased their groove with performances ranging from hip-hop to contemporary. The vote of thanks was given by Mrs.Rincy Jose, Principal of CBSE.
The event sparked enthusiasm and celebrated creativity. The programme came to an end by singing the National Anthem.
